  1. I have a facebook account, but I use it so little that I've been locked out for months because I can't remember my password and don't care enough to go through the recovery process - even though I know it takes all of about thirty seconds. Otherwise I don't use any kind of personal social media or networking.

I've recently and reluctantly started using twitter and reddit to promote my site. We also have a tumblr, but since I can't get over my dislike for the site one of my staff is running the thing. So far I feel like its been a bit of a waste of time.

I'm not a social media kind of person. I use Vent the most and on occassion Whisper and LinkedIn (though only for my business ventures, naturally). I suppose I watch a lot of YouTube (yes, this is a social medium) but I hardly ever comment or like things.

FB has the highest coverage of the social media sites, though it's dropping off recently with organic search overtaking it once again. That said it's most effective when you're willing to pay for the ads. If you want to go free, I focus our efforts on Twitter

To be honest I am hardly ever on social media sites only due to the fact they don't seem to pique my interest. I am subscribed to Facebook, have a google account, and have an account on a site called Chatango but I am hardly on any of that stuff. I don't really see anything wrong with social media but I just don't want my personal life divulged on a daily basis if I post something on there. Its not like everyone needs to know what I am doing every second of every day or vice versa.

You know what good point. I didn't even consider it for myself, I was just answering from the perspective of the accounts I keep for advertising the site

Personally I don't have any social media accounts and with the stuff like the Cambridge Analytica scandal I'm glad for

The only reason I stated that is just because I am one of those people that likes to keep my personal life, private from those I don't really trust and my perspective is not everyone on the internet can be trusted.

Site wise - primarily Twitter, though we have a Facebook page too.

On a personal level, I'm not really big on social media. Occasional poke around Instagram and I like Pinterest and DA for character and setting inspiration but that's about it.

I never use facebook anymore. Honestly its just all of my older relatives shouting at each other about politics. Twitter is okay, but I'm mostly on Instagram (if that counts?) I run a small business and I use Instagram as our main form of social media.

I use only Instagram at present, having lost interest in Facebook and Twitter a long time ago. Instagram seems less 'toxic' in terms of all the mud-slinging I've encountered on the former 2, so for now I'm sticking with that. I was also thinking of giving Google+ a try.

Honestly, I'm only rarely on Facebook these days. I feel like the environment for those has become so toxic - everyone is in their own little bubbles, and allergic to outside thoughts. It's actually pretty depressing, if you consider the promising start of social media...

We do have a site tumblr. We try to post things like character highlights and wanted canons and whatnot. I don't know how very effective it is. We also have a discord which has been pretty awesome for the site as a whole.

For me personally, I live abroad and facebook is how people largely communicate in my expat community about events/keeps me updated a bit on what people are up to back home. I rarely post myself though, I'm not a huge fan of facebook. I have a snapchat also, but I don't use it much.

I'm not a huge fan of Social Networks so I use the bare minimum I need in order to keep in touch with close friends who live far away. Usually, the ones who refuse to use emails and whatnot.

None of the above. Social media really isn't my thing. Does watching YouTube videos or using Discord count? I do those two things but that's it.

I am admittedly addicted to Facebook. But, I like to use Tumblr to find porn and whatnot. I also sometimes use Tumblr to advertise.

  18. Facebook. But a lot of my family lives elsewhere and it allows me to at least stay in touch easily.
