Looked over the site and wow, 12 years, that's incredible. Read in that it had been existing in many differing forms before the current one and look up to the amount of effort and love that has been poured into it.
Yeah, the site itself has mutated a lot over the years. It went from being a comic, to online rpg, to world building project... and I think now it's kind of mutating into a backdrop for a novel. I'm a little sad that not as much roleplaying is going on these days, but it's really active and enjoyable in other ways. :) Love abounds!
Took a quick perusal through it and it's very interesting, thinking in joining up after reading over several things to get acquainted with the system.
Even if you don't end up joining, if there's anything about the joining process or New Player Guide that throws you off, please let me know! The site is a bit of a beast and we've been struggling with making it more friendly for newcomers.
