    Requirements:
    IPS is looking for someone savvy with tumblr to create and manage a site tumblr, to focus on site promotion, and to assist with general site moderation.

    You will be responsible for:
    ✔ Checking affiliates for our button/activity.
    ✔ Responding to site requests on directory sites.
    ✔ Bumping advertisements on directory sites.
    ✔ Creating and updating the site tumblr.
    ✔ Advertising the site on tumblr directories.
    ✔ Posting character requests in coordination with me.
    ✔ Monitoring the directory site advertising forum.

    You may be asked to:
    ✔ Assist with thread moderation and updates.
    ✔ Monitor the out of character forums.
    ✔ Provide ideas for site events and plotlines.
    ✔ Create important characters if you're interested.

    IPS does not accept site-to-site advertising except for directory sites so you will not have to manage link backs or first posts. If you have ideas for other methods of promotion, feel free to bring them to the table. We'd likely be looking to expand to topsites, facebook, and twitter in the future.

    Ideal Applicant:
    ✔ IPS is an 18+ forum so you must be at least 18 years old.
    ✔ All characters created on site must be at least 20.
    ✔ It is expected that all staff members keep themselves active.
    ✔ You should be good at coding or adapting tumblr skin codes.

    If you have any questions you can reach out on the staff search discord channel or ask here and I'll be happy to answer. You'd be joining a team of two administrators and a site that is fully created but still developing.
