Resolved Not Receiving Reset Password E-Mail

    Hi! I seem to have forgotten my password on my primary account, though I know the username and the e-mail address associated. I've tried to use the Reset Password function at least 20 times, but I still don't receive any e-mail with directions on how to reset my password. Can I get some help?
