   Button is on the bottom. Code is in the wrappers. Tried giving it a few days, thinking maybe something was wonky somewhere... Nothin'. Last time I tried this (several months ago) had the same issue, couldn't find a fix, gave up and wandered away.

   Yup. Your theme is poorly written. The biggest issue I see right now is the closing body and html tags before the affiliates section. Those should not be there at all.
   
   
   Simply fixing that could cause everything to work. If that doesn't work, running your site URL through https://validator.w3.org/ will tell you what other errors you have.
