Resolved Italics not getting Parsed

    You're either going to love me or hate me ;) But at least I'm code-savy enough to be able to write nice bug reports.

    I'm using italics in the CoSC entry. You can see them in the visual editor for editing the entry itself, but they don't get processed for display (I'm guessing it's not browser dependent because it's missing in both Safari and Firefox, I'd check more browsers but I'm lazy) but they don't show up when you view the entry.

    Nah, love. I don't get nearly enough feedback on this site.

    Looks like it's in the markup, but I'm missing the declaration in the site's CSS. Easy fix. :)

    *snicker* I know the feeling. Discovering bugs is mucho-important. I don't work much PHP in my day job, but when somethings' not working it seems like it takes forever for someone to finally /tell/ you it's broken.

    Awesome that it was something simple. Best sort of bug.

    It is. :) Although PHP is nearly what my day job is all about. I'm usually good at paying attention to error logs. RPGfix is pretty stable, as it's based on some solid code I wrote for a few other sites. However, it's due for another big security upgrade and a layout change.

    It's amazing that we both when into design/development but completely diff rent ends (I mostly do design, and unusually use HTML/CSS. I don't do much actual development). I use CMSs, buy don't do what you appear to do (and custom build them).

    That is pretty amusing. :P I'd like to be doing more design, but it doesn't always work out that way for me.

    I like custom building things, or writing fun integration scripts. I have a few CMSs that I absolutely hate, but for the most part, they aren't all bad. Learning how to bend a few of them over your knee is a really good thing. :)
