My name is Scott, and I've been roleplaying for longer than I care to say. xD (long enough that I never outgrew "xD") More seriously, and on the chance that I reconnect with someone, I started on an obscure Pokemon forum called The Poke-Gym around 2001, where we had our favorite mons goof off at a waterfall. I bounced around a few other boards, including Anime Yak, and got into live (chat-based) RP on the peer chat network of WinMX, spending most of my time in Nazo Sakaba (Mysterious Tavern) and various anime rooms. I was also involved in Star Trek sims in the Starfleet Legacy Alliance, including Starbase 27 and the USS Mercutio. I spent about thirteen years on Dragon's Mark, a RhyDin-based roleplaying forum / chatrooms founded by people who played in RhyDin on AOL. I also spent some time on its dueling-focused sister sister, Rings of Honor, and played there and helped out for five years when their live play migrated to Discord.
