feedback needed for phpbb forum

i'll look for it in a bit. I just added a toggle button that helps the position thing. dark mode button select forum button the text resizer buttons then the postion toggel left center right justify.

 

alright done editing. I can see the links and buttons clearly. on hover it should change colors to make it readable, and the nav links are showing perfectly to me seeing the lines of white in high contrast dark mode.

told the css to make text and links darker for contrast which helpped a lot with the brightness.

navlinks center regular links and buttons left.

 

From my Inspector (Firefox) it appears that your <div>content</div> is set to a hard defined limit of 200px. That's why all the post text is crammed on the left side of the screen. I don't know how this appears on a mobile device, and perhaps that's what you're going for, but it's extremely difficult to read, let alone enjoy while working on a desktop computer.

The links on the upper HALF of the screen, is mostly blank space, the links are practically invisible on a Light theme. The only reason I know to run my mouse over them is because I know they're there.

The entire site from a visitor's perspective feels claustrophobic, I feel boxed in, like there's rigidness. It kills my mood to create. This issue must be resolved. Then again, I'm fairly new to the dedicated forum to a role playing game setting, so I could be talking out of my butt here.

 

thanks sighs... I might have to do the dam colors file again. Thanks will let you know when I'm done editing. I'm new to phpbb, and I enjoy the more advance options and how I can just add html from bing suggestions and experment with the code, but the colors file is the hardest part. The mobil is optional since it's part of phpbb software. I hope it doesnt shrink my text again.

 

Ready and it looks really good for the style now. the 200 percent thing doesnt exsist anymore. I did saw in the files things as text align left in the theme files. I like using the left center right and justify little buttons in the header part.

I've done all I can with the styles from this point.

Yes. This is very nice! It's easy on the eyes, and presently relaxing! And no more crammed spaces!
