Bug Fatal errors when using emoji in Siropu Chat

    A series of fatal errors occur, visible in the ACP, when a user uses emoji in the Siropu chatbox.

    Also emoji (UTF9?) are not supported in general.

    Use of emojis needs utf8mb4 database support from XenForo. It's a big can of worms, and I'm hoping to see it in XenForo 2.x.
