   I can't replicate this problem. It's a standard Google reCaptcha.
   
   Are you on something like a shared school network, or have an ad-blocker enabled? Either of those could affect the fetching and refreshing of the captcha. This page has some common scenarios with fiixes: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/recaptcha-not-working-in-any-browser
