Resolved Can't vote when not logged in

    I tried to vote when I wasnt logged in and I could not. I do not know if guests arent allowed to vote for sites, or if this is a glitch. I get a quick error message that helpfully states 'an error has occurred.'

    The topsite script hasn't been fully implemented yet (I have a lot of background statistics that I need to collect). At the moment votes are weighted in favour of people who are logged in, and don't gracefully degrade for those who are not. I'm expecting to have it all functional by the end of August.
