Do you have any holiday traditions that you celebrate for your game? Either in character, or out of character? Something for folks to look forward to depending on the time of year.

I used to have board-wide easter egg hunts and trick-or-treating on people's profiles once upon a time.

We always try to do something around Halloween with some ghosties or something at least decently spooky for fun, usually something with a bit of silly in there, too. Our "New Years" is actually in March, so we tend to do something celebratory then, too.

Every year me, and other Administrators usually always do April Fools.
Where we mess with stylesheets, change usergroup colors, etc. This year has been noted as supposedly the best ever, where, with the help of some friends, we managed to put a Clippy hovering on the screen, that asked if you needed help when you click a reply text box.

(Only problem was that he was noisy, and you couldn't cancel or remove him without closing the site itself, so if you had several tabs open of the site you were in for a noisy treat!)

You could only mute the tab itself, and on phones it was even worse, because it kept making noise even if you locked the phone.. And yet people still really loved it, weirdly enough...

We wind up having an "Annual Talent Competition" for the characters in our Marvel group's younger heroes school. And we also have wound up making a tradition out of having them all a dance whenever possible. You got to let the characters live a little and not always have them on missions. Just my opinion.
