Originals: Fruit of the Poisoned Tree

An Originals RPG taking place in an AU prior to season 1 beginning.

Originals: Fruit of the Poisoned Tree is an AU site taking place prior to The Originals coming to New Orleans at the beginning of Season 1. This allows us to rewrite the story how we want it to play out and also avoids spoilers for those people who are new to watching the show. If you have any further questions about the plot, contact Chris.

In the French Quarter, you'll find exactly what you are expecting to. Music, bars, history, and a lively atmosphere that is sure to give you a good time. You also find crime and the supernatural. Tourist comes to the Quarter looking for voodoo shops and witches most not really thinking much of it being real. Some just find it neat and want to give their friends back home a good story, but what they don't know, may end up getting them killed.

The Supernatural, The living, the Dead, the Undead, is fully active in the Quarter. They'll walk among real witches and vampires at not only the night, also in the daylight. They may encounter one of the many ghosts that haunt the city. Some more violent and deadlier than others. The one thing they won't find is a Werewolf, nor a witch that can practice out in the open.

New Orleans belongs to the Vampires. Marcel has been in charge 98 years and he makes the rules. That rule is about to be challenged.

A mysterious package with a fake New Orleans return address brings the Originals back to the city that they helped create. Some with the intentions of taking back what they feel is theirs. Others to uncover the mystery that threatens all Vampire Life.

The package contained the one thing that can kill them. A freshly made White Oak Stake and a photo...of an orchard of them.
