This Bloody Country
Original

An active horse, human and wolf RPG.

I wish I could tell you that this was once a peaceful land governed by love and tranquility. The truth is, peace has never wholly existed in any world. It was because of this fact that the alliances formed in Trelagria. Yes, everyone used to coexist but that ended the day that creatures of darker nature were expelled, by ones of lighter manners, to the eastern region of Trelagria. Two states formed, the East and the West, and war was constantly waging between them. More so between horses, but wolves and humans were involved as well.

Years passed by, the Noble Lights kept the Malicious Darks at bay. Two more groups split off from the mains, the Rebels and the Neutrals. The Rebels moved to the North since Darks and Lights had not bothered to inhabit the harsh terrain, leaving it open. The Neutrals claimed the South, finding a vast area which others had not ventured to, due to the lack of company.

The Lights were brilliant in battle and led by a mighty their mighty king, Dasor, but nothing could prepare them for the day that Sernutarzi took the title of Dark King. Chaos broke out in both states when he acquired a mass amount of slaves and minions to do his bidding. His main henchman, Silverstein, was sent to take over the East by defeating and enslaving Dasor. Sernutarzi tried to enslave and murder the entire Light Alliance, banishing the leftovers from the world.

The Rebels were a group of creatures that did not believe in any alliance, and chose to freeze in the North rather than bow down to Royalty. They were greatly affected by Sernutarzi's invasion, since the only place he did not follow the Lights to, was the North. The Leader of the Rebels, Ferratilis, was furious with the Lights that pushed into her lands but did not want to get involved with the stupidity of the alliances. Some Rebels welcomed the Lights to their small numbered herds, while wars began to wage between others.

Only one grouping of animals was not affected by the invasion and that was the South which housed the Neutrals. Their queen, Nile, drew a clear border that Sernutarzi refused to cross. He despised the lacklustre response during torture of a Neutral. As a result, her followers were left to live in peace.

And now I warn you friend, as you wander to the Meeting Grounds, select your friends in a most cautious fashion. This is a world in which the dispute never ends and you probably won't survive in this bloody country.
