Hello! My Discord is Figmentend

I'm a long time writer and roleplayer who has been away from bigger/collaborative works (outside of with my very close knit circle) for a *while*. I decided it's well past time to put myself out there again and meet some new people, try new things both with my own work and in joining others.

I love fantasy of all kinds- high fantasy, sci-fi, anime styled stuff. Horror and supernatural stuff. Especially a good mix of themes or things that let you get extra creative with your character/lore.

Unfortunately I don't really like canon or fandom based stuff- I'm all originals, babes. I do love obvious influences and inspirations from other material, but just not complete rips or one to ones.

I have a lot of characters , all ready to adapt to new worlds or exist as they are. Plus, I come with a handful of different stories/worlds I have built- in particular my main one, which is very open to just slot into other things (with or without some tweaks) or have others slot into it.

Some fun quirk I have is, much like my own penname, I love to give my characters "noun names" – be they the actual name, nickname, or an alias/codename of some kind. (Ex. Church, Tarot, Magic Black, etc.)

Hashing things out or just going back and forth about characters and lore ooc is as much fun as actually using them in a roleplay- memes, mood boards, music, and more are all such fun things to bring to the table. I also like casual, open banters and interactions as much as I love a full fledged plot.

Roadmapping to some degree and then improvising as we go is always fun.

If I'm not writing/mapping out lore or my characters or doing exercises with them then I'm probably doodling them.
