Suggestion Cool down on Forum of the Month

    Can I suggest a way to make it so that at least a forum who won last month has to give others a chance to get in? Maybe a way to make the votes count for 'less'

    Yep, it's coming! Based on the data that I've been able to collect, it'll probably end up being a three month cool down. I don't want to seem like I'm penalizing sites who successfully engage their members to vote (and also register accounts on RPGfix), but I would like a rotation of some sort. :)
