Looking to create a Mass Effect RPG, need help.

Hello, all. My name is Josephine, and I'm looking to create a Mass Effect role play site. I've seen several around, but they've all died out, or have a leader who is not running a site in a way I feel effective, and also has a stick up their butt. This is something I do not want.

THE PLOT & SETTING

As for the plot and setting, I'm completely open and have nothing in mind at the present time. It can be before the Reaper invasion or after. This is something that I want to discuss with whoever is interested in helping and joining.

If it is after the Reaper invasion, we will have to talk about which ending we will want to use.

ACCOUNTS

I personally find having to have a different account for every character a hassle, but we might do this in addition to having an account for you to use ooc. Either that, or it will just be one account per person.

COMMERCE

I would like to make it so that members can exchange services with one another for site currency. Credits could also be won through contests.

CANONS & CHARACTERS

Canons will be allowed. However, if this is a post-Reaper RPG, then Shepard will be dead. End of story. We will go on assuming that any canons that were not specifically said to be dead are still alive. In example: Samara will still be alive, but Mordin Solus will not be.

Asari, Quarians, Geth (depending on the ending selected), Batarians, Vorcha, Volus, Hanar, Elcor, Drell, Krogans, Turians, Salarians, and humans will be allowed for play, as well as special characters in the game (like EDI).

A lot of freedom will be allowed in creating characters, as long as they are kept true to the game. In example: there will be hardly any turians with biotic abilities, as well as krogan and salarians. It is very rare in these races. There will be no biotic quarians. A salarian will not be able to be in the soldier class, as it's said on numerous occasions that they're too weak for it. However, if you want to have a character that is a mafia don, that'll be fine as long as they have other characters to back them up. (REAL characters that other people are playing.)

I would also like to place a strong emphasis on creating characters with relationships to other characters. They could be siblings or relatives of any sort, ex lovers, business partners, and what have you.

POWER

Admin powers will be shared with members who show aptitude and the ability to keep things on track. There will be a secondary admin, as well as moderators with minor powers who specialize in helping with certain parts of the site. In example, one moderator will help in moving completed role play threads to the archives, and another will be responsible for accepting characters and moving them to the appropriate folders, etc. A little bit of power will be shared by many, to help the site run more smoothly.

RULES

General role play rules will apply. This will be a PG-13 site as far as romance goes, and swearing will be allowed.
