Bug Unable to vote as guest

    As a guest, voting fails 100% of the time when using the Polished template and attempting to vote after successfully completing the captcha

    Note: I had a similar issue with registration on my site and it was found to be a template issue due to an older template.

    Looks like the captcha is working fine. If the guest is unable to vote, it is likely due to them either a) already having voted without allowing the cooldown to end, or b) sharing a computer/IP address.

    Guests will not get cooldown time error messages, so that is likely the issue.
