It has been three years since the outbreak that has caused the dead to rise and hope of a cure to dwindle significantly. Survivors have fought tooth and nail to stay alive and settlements across the world have cropped up. Many people have banded together to help insure the survival of the human race, but some see it as a lost cause. What is the point of preserving life if death, even natural, will bring about more of the undead?
Our story takes place in Texas, although you are welcome to thread in other locations if you wish. We are an AU The Walking Dead role play in the sense that we will be following the zombie rules set forth by the show, but we will not allow canons from it.
